New potential members and renewing members who were not with us last year must submit the New Members Application as soon as possible.

Also we ask that all new and renewing members who were not with us last semester must attend an Orientation before they can join WWHM in the Spring. All new and renewing members who did not attend this year, must attend one of our oreintations in order to register and join WWHM for the Spring semester.

We have a Orientation and Tour scheduled December 14th at Country Acres Baptist Church, 8810 W. 10th, Wichita, Ks 67212 (10th & Tyler) 9:30 - 11:00 AM. At oreintation the new and renewing members will be given the remainder of the forms that will need to be fill out and return at registration.

Spring 2010 Registration for new members and non-pre-enrolled current members is January 4th at Country Acres Baptist Church, 8810 W. 10th, Wichita, Ks 67212. (10th & Tyler) Time will be decided closer to date.

Pre-enrolled Current Members will need to stop by the church November 30th to pay fees and finalize volunteer assignments sometime between 9am - 1pm.

All current members should receive an email with pre-enrollment instruction, a class schedule and a registration worksheet. Once you have turned in your pre-enrollment registration worksheet you then will receive a return receipt for you to verfiy if it is correct. Along with the receipt you will be given a Policy Agreement and Medical Release form to complete and sign. You will need to bring these forms along with your payment to registration.

Also if your teacher is willing to give you a discount of any kind for example on book fees due to your kids sharing one text then you must fill out the Adjustment Fee Persmission Slip and have the teacher sign it. Adjustment Fee Permission Slip

The Orientation /Registration meeting will go much smoother and faster if everyone mails their forms in early. All payments are made in person at registration. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL ANY MONEY.

### Membership & Class Fee Guidelines
Every family will pay a membership fee per semester per family. It is $25 for 1 hour, $35 for 2 hours and $45 for 3 or more hours that their family is taking classes. The membership fee pays for use of the facility, administrative supplies and advertising costs. Classes will be paid for at the time of registration. Classes are individually priced according to the price determined by the teacher. A late fee of $5 per class will be charged to those registering after the first week of classes.

### Refund Policy
WWHM reserves the right to cancel membership for any reason. ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
Exception: A refund will be given only if the class is canceled by the teacher and/or the minimum enrollment is not met.
